Step by step. Same account on the website and in Telegram.

Get access (first time)

  1. Open Telegram and go to @clearchatter_bot.
  2. Send /start. Wait until an admin approves you.
  3. The bot DMs you a ChopID and a web password.
  4. Do not share the password. You can reset it in the bot later.

Log in on the website

  1. Open chopthelife.com/login.html.
  2. Enter ChopID and web password exactly as the bot sent them.
  3. You land on the dashboard. Header shows name, level, wallet.
  4. Forgot the password? Message the bot and use the web-pass command from there — never reset it in a public lounge.

Open a support ticket

  1. Stay logged in (guest tickets are not stored on your account).
  2. Tap the chat bubble bottom-left on any page.
  3. Switch to the Support tab (Lounge is public — do not paste passwords there).
  4. Write one message with: ChopID, what you tried, what you expected, screenshot if useful.
  5. Admins reply in that thread and on Telegram. Keep the dock open or check the bot.

Never send SIP credentials, SMTP passwords or your web password in Lounge.

Hubs, subscriptions and gates

  • Free tools (BIN, some data helpers): no subscription. Login is enough if the tool requires an account.
  • P1 / Mailer / Data workspace / Casino paid parts: need the matching plan. If you do not have it, you get a gate with Buy on Telegram and Go back — not a blank page.
  • Buy or extend on Telegram (Wallet / Subscribe). After payment, refresh the site — plans sync automatically.
  • To work: open the hub Overview → Start workspace. Minimize from the top-left of the workspace.

Wallet, XP and live stats

  1. Balance is in the header (gold number +). Same wallet as the bot.
  2. Top up: press + or Dashboard → Wallet. Pay with the crypto flow the bot already uses.
  3. XP / level update when you use paid hubs. The bar appears on paid workspaces and Casino.
  4. Index live stats = Telegram overview. If numbers look stale, wait ~20s or refresh.

Contact admin directly

Use this only if the ticket dock is down or it is urgent (SIP down, payment stuck, account lock).

  • Owner: @chopsms
  • Bot: @clearchatter_bot
  • Include ChopID, Telegram username, and the last 4 of the tx / order if it is billing.
